Common Questions
When does my first mailer ship?
Orders placed before the 20th ship on the 1st of the following month. After the 20th, your first mailer ships the month after.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal — no questions asked. You'll still receive any mailer that's already shipped.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is on our roadmap.
What cuisines do you cover?
We rotate through Italian, Korean, Mexican, Thai, Indian, American, and more. Each month is a surprise unless you're on the Pro plan, which lets us curate to your taste.
Are the spice packets allergen-free?
Ingredients are listed on every packet. While we avoid the top 8 allergens where possible, we can't guarantee a fully allergen-free facility.
